LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The NM State Athletics Department has seen an increase in men's basketball ticket sales compared to this time last year as we approach the start of the 2016-17 season under first-year head coach Paul Weir.
 
The number of season tickets sold as of Oct. 20 has increased 110-percent from the previous year, while staff and faculty tickets have also increased 98-percent. As a whole, men's basketball season tickets have seen a 134-percent increase in sales with 23 days remaining until the season opener on Nov. 11.
 
Fans interested in renewing their tickets or would like to purchase new season tickets are invited to come to the Pan American Center on Tuesday, Oct. 25, at 5 p.m. to select their seats. Available seats will also be "tagged" with members of the athletic department present to answer any questions.
