NEW ORLEANS – The New Mexico State football team will square off against Idaho on Oct. 15 at 3 p.m. (MT) on ESPN3 the Sun Belt Conference announced Monday afternoon. New Mexico State (2-3, 1-1 SBC) will now head into its bye week as it prepares to face Idaho after a thrilling a 37-31 double overtime victory against UL-Lafayette this past Saturday, Oct. 1, at Aggie Memorial Stadium. With the win, the Aggies moved to 2-0 at home this season for the first time since 2007.
