LAS CRUCES, N.M. – In conjunction with the Las Cruces Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Hispanic Heritage Night promotion, the New Mexico State men's basketball team will be unveiling new uniforms for its game against Battle of I-10 rival UTEP in the Pan American Center.

The white jerseys with "Los Aggies" written across the chest will be worn this Friday, Dec. 30, as NM State looks to sweep the Miners for the second season in a row, tipoff at 7 p.m. (MT).

"We wanted to do something special to celebrate the Hispanic Community here in the southwest in addition to our Hispanic Heritage Night," NM State Director of Athletics
Mario Moccia said. "We couldn't do this without the help of Tommy Amico and the folks at Under Armour."

Members of the Las Cruces Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will be recognized during the game for their impact on the Latino community as well as Las Cruces native Letticia Martinez, who competed in the Paralympics this summer..

NM State is riding a nine-game winning-streak heading into Tuesday night's game as they host in-state foe Eastern New Mexico prior to Friday's contest. Tickets for Friday's game can be purchased by calling the Pan American Center ticket office at 575-646-1420.
