BLAINE, Wash. – The New Mexico State Aggies shot a final round 304 to finish fourth at the 2016 Western Athletic Conference Men's Golf Championship at the Loomis Trail Golf Club at the Semiahmoo Resort.

The Aggies finished the tournament at 895 to place fourth, 13 strokes behind third place Utah Valley at 882. Missouri-Kansas City won its first WAC Championship with a final round 287 to finish at 12-under-par 852. Seattle U. was second at 4-over 868. UMKC snapped the Aggies string of three straight WAC titles.

The Aggies were paced by senior
Kenneth Fadke II of Hobbs, N.M., who shot a 3-over 75 in the final round to tie for 13th at 6-over 222 on the par 72, 7,137-yard Loomis Trail Course.

NM State also got a 3-over 75 in the final round from sophomore
Isaac Merry of Las Cruces, N.M./Onate, playing the back nine in 1-over. Merry finished the tournament at 230.

Freshman
Davis Chung of Las Cruces, N.M./High carded a 5-over 77 in the final round to finish at 228. Chung made it three for three on eagles in the tournament as he collected a 3 on the par 5, 549-yard sixth hole. Chung recorded an eagle in every round of the tournament.

Junior
Luis Medina of Guadalajara, Mexico/Montverde Academy and sophomore Mike McGilton from Chandler, Ariz./Perry, also turned in 5-over 77s in the final round. McGilton finished tied for 16th at 7-over 223, while Media tied for 20th at 10-over 226.

UMKC's Antoine Rozner won the individual competition firing a 3-under 69 in the final round to finish at 12-under 204, seven strokes better than teammate Francois Lagraulet in second at 5-under 211. Seattle U.'s Ross Kukula and Jamie Hall joined Grand Canyon's Jake Byrum in a third place tie at even-par 216.
