eDENVER – With the fall semester all wrapped up, a host of New Mexico State student-athletes landed on the fall Western Athletic Conference All-Academic team the league announced Thursday evening. In total, 18 Aggie student-athletes spread between volleyball, women's soccer and men's and women's cross country were honored.

Women's soccer had the most for NM State, checking in with nine student-athletes while women's cross country came in second with four earn all-academic honors. Volleyball had three and men's cross country rounded things out with two.

To be eligible, a student-athlete must have completed at least one academic year, have at least a 3.2 cumulative grade point average and have participated in at least 50 percent of the team's contests.
