LAS CRUCES, N.M. – New Mexico State men's golf opens up their spring schedule at the Arizona Intercollegiate, Jan. 23-24, at the Sewailo Golf Club in Tucson, Ariz.
The 54-hole intercollegiate will be played over two days. The tournament is set to kick off with 36 holes on Monday which will begin with a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m. MT. The final round of 18 holes will be played on Tuesday and will also commence with a shotgun start, at 8:30 a.m.
Totals for each team will be compiled with the lowest four of each team's five scores, at the end of each round. Live stats for all three rounds of play can be followed on

Davis Chung, Ryo Harada,
Luis Medina,
Isaac Merry and
Jack Snyder will represent the Aggies at the competition. This will be the first career event for freshman Ryo Harada.
Coming into the Arizona Intercollegiate, senior
Luis Medina leads the team, posting a stroke average of 73.17 through 12 rounds of play in the fall schedule.
The Sewailo Golf Club is a 7,262 yard, par-71 layout which was named one of the best new courses in the country by Golf Digest in 2014.
The Aggies look to continue their play at the end of the fall season which saw the team post back-to-back top-five finishes in which five Aggies placed in the top-25 (
Luis Medina,
Michael McGilton,
Jack Snyder,
Tanvir Kahlon and
Tadhg Campbell).
After the Arizona Intercollegiate, the NM State men's golf team will then travel to Houston, Texas to participate in the All-America Intercollegiate, Feb. 17-19, at the Golf Club of Houston.
