PUERTO VALLARTA, Mexico – The New Mexico State women's golf squad completed the second round of the Hawkeye "El Tigre' Invitational on Monday. Through 36 holes the Aggies now sit in 10th with a team total of 610 (+34).
The team's performance saw four golfers improve their scores on day two. Play was led by
Camille Orito who has round scores of 76-73—149 (+5) to place in a tie for 18th.
Pun Chanachai follows just two strokes behind Orito with totals of 77-74—151 (+7) which puts the freshman in a tie for 27th.
Vale Macias posted rounds of 78-75—153 to head into round three tied for 38th.
Kristen Cline is tied for 65th at 78-82—160 (+16) and
Dominique Galloway comes into the final day tied for 68th scoring 83-79—162 (+18).
The team leaderboard through 36 holes has Wisconsin in first at 586 (+10), UTSA remains in second with a score of 591 (+15) and Washington dropped to third place posting a total of 593 (+17).
