LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The mid-week meeting between the New Mexico State Aggies baseball team and the 11th-ranked Red Raiders of Texas Tech on Tuesday, March 27, at Presley Askew Field has been rescheduled for a later date to be determined both teams announced late Sunday afternoon. 
 
With a shortened week and weekend conference series starting on Thursday due to Easter, both teams have mutually agreed to play on a later date yet to be determined. 
 
New Mexico State opened Western Athletic Conference play at home this weekend against Seattle U and took the rubber match on Sunday, 12-2. Meanwhile, Texas Tech notched its fifth-straight game on Sunday with a four-game sweep of Northeastern at home.
