Biography

2017-18 (JUNIOR): During the first event of the season against Northern Colorado, she notched a first-place finish in the three-meter diving category with a score of 291.70 and finished third in the one-meter dive after posting a score of 250.45… Brommer’s performance qualified her for NCAA Diving Zones for the second time in her career… Posted a career-high score of 310.95 in 3M against I-25 rival, New Mexico, on 1/27/18… With this score, she moved into second-place on the all-time Top 10 divers in NM State history on three-meter… Finished sixth on platform at the Western Athletic Conference Championships with a score of 119.95, tenth on one-meter with a score of 263.7 and 11th on three-meter with a score of 265.6… Brommer earned WAC Diver of the Week honors three times this season (10/17/17, 10/24/17, and 1/9/18).   

2016-2017 (SOPHOMORE): Brommer competed in the one-meter, three-meter and platform events… Qualified for NCAA Zones for the first time…Had a season high score of 267.75 on 1M against CSU-Pueblo and finished 10th at the Western Athletic Conference Championships in 1M with a 250.35… Had a season high 275.8 on 3M against CSU-Pueblo…Finished eighth on 3M at the Air Force Diving Invitational and placed fifth at the WAC meet on 3M with a 266.65…Brommer finished 10th at the WAC Championships with a season high 200.80 on platform.

2015-16 (FRESHMAN): Competed in three events in at the Western Athletic Conference Championships… Finished 12th in the platform dive, 14th in three-meter dive and 25th in one-meter dive… At Air Force Invite, finished 15th in the 3M dive, 18th in the platform dive and 31st in 1M dive… At New Mexico dual, finished third in 3M dive and fourth in 1M dive… At Wildcat Invite, finished 17th in the platform dive, 20th in 1M dive and 28th in the three-meter dive.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Competed for Turn-N-Burn diving club for Jimmy Adams for four years... A gymnast for seven years and transitioned over to diving... Competed for Martin Luther King High School diving and won CIF for her division... Broke the school record twice this past year with a score of 482.55. Has been to AAU Nationals all four years of her diving career and during her last year placed third on three-meter, 10th on one-meter and sixth on platform... Personal best record is a 373.95 on three-meter springboard.

PERSONAL:  From Riverside, California and is daughter to Joyce and Jeff Brommer... Has two sisters, Breanna and Lisa... Majoring in kinesiology.
