The following items are not permitted into New Mexico State University venues:

• Firearms
• Weapons of any kind

 
At New Mexico State University Venues, you and / or your property are subject to a search by security personnel. If unauthorized items are discovered, you will be asked to take the items back to your vehicle.
 
At New Mexico State University Venues, smoking is prohibited in all venue seating areas, aisle ways, concourses, restroom facilities and office / storage areas.
 
At New Mexico State University Venues, security personnel reserve the right to remove from the venue any individuals deemed disruptive and dangerous to others.
 
TICKET POLICIES
 
Ticket Stub
Please keep your ticket stub with you at all times. Venue personnel may ask you at any time to show your ticket stub to validate entry into event and to access venue event seating.
 
Re-entry into Event
For Athletic events, there is re-entry with your ticket stub. At New Mexico State University venues, there is no re-entry to the venue for Special Events for any reason. A new ticket will need to be purchased to re-enter Special event.
 
Ticket Heat Alert
Please be aware that your tickets have been printed on a heat sensitive ticket stock. 
You should store your tickets in a cool, dry place to prevent any problems or inconvenience. The tickets you purchased may turn black if exposed to heat or direct sunlight.
 
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Tickets
We ask that you please keep your purchased tickets secured. New Mexico State University venues will not replace lost, stolen or damaged tickets.

NM State Aggies Athletic Season Tickets
Can be purchased in person at the Pan Am Center Ticket Office and selected season events may be available at Ticketmaster order on-line. Come by today and we will show you the many advantages available to you as a Season Ticket holder.
 
NM State Aggies Athletic Individual Game Tickets
Can be purchased in person at the Pan Am Ticket Office and at all Ticketmaster Outlets, Ticketmaster charge by phone or Ticketmaster order on-line.
 
NM State Special Event Tickets
Can be purchased in person at the Pan Am Ticket Office and at all Ticketmaster Outlets, Ticketmaster charge by phone or Ticketmaster order on-line.
 
Area Event Tickets
The Pan Am Center Ticket Office is a Ticketmaster Outlet. We can access and sell tickets to Ticketmaster events in New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, Colorado and Utah.
 
Venue Ticket Will Call Locations
Pan Am Center: Ticket Office in North Lobby.
Aggie Memorial Stadium: Booth at Northeast entrance.
 
ATM Location
Currently there are no ATMs located at either the Pan American Center or
Aggie Memorial Stadium. We are working to bring this service to you.
 
DIRECTIONS
 
From El Paso (south of Las Cruces):
Take I-10 West. Take I-25 N towards Las Cruces/Albuquerque. Take the University Avenue exit, exit Number 1. Turn left onto University Avenue. Go to the stop light at Triviz and turn left. You will see the Pan Am Center.
Estimated time: 49 minutes
 
From Albuquerque (north of Las Cruces):
Take I-25 South. Take the University Avenue exit, exit number 1. Merge right onto University Avenue and get into the left lane right away. Turn left at the stop light, Triviz and you will see the Pan Am Center.
Estimated time: 3 hours, 45 minutes
 
From Alamogordo (east of Las Cruces):
Take US-70 W. Take the I-25 S ramp towards El Paso. Take the University Avenue exit, exit number 1. Merge onto University Avenue and get into the left lane right away. Turn left at the stop light, Triviz and you will see the Pan Am Center.
Estimated time: 1 hour, 15 minutes
 
From Deming (west of Las Cruces):
Take I-10 East to Las Cruces. Take the Main Street exit, exit number 142, towards NMSU. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Turn right onto NM-478 N, Main Street. Then, turn right onto NM-101 E, University Avenue. Follow University Avenue all the way up until you hit Triviz. Turn right at Triviz and you will see the Pan Am Center.
