New Mexico State University Athletics

Junior College: Klusak was an outfielder for Eastern Oklahoma State College in Wilburton, Okla.  Under coach Aric Thomas, the Mountaineers finished third in the Bi-State Conference in 2009.  The following season, the team went on to become the 2010 Bi-State Conference champions.  Klusak was named to the conference All-Tournament team. 

High School: Klusak attended McAlester High School in McAlester, Okla. He was the quarterback on the Buffalo football team from 2007-08 and helped the team reached the state tournament both seasons., Klusak was the outfielder for the baseball team under coaches Kevin Harmen and Jackie Cumble from 2006-08.  The Buffalos were able to reach the state tournament.  Klusak's accomplishments include All-Area Player of the Year, Kiamichi All-Star, All-State, Ferguson-Jenkins Award and Sunbelt All-Tournament team his junior and senior years. 

Personal: Klusak is the son of Shane Klusak and Kari Painter.  He is currently studying business banking and finance.
