Dincoff joined the NM State track and field staff in 2017 as a volunteer coach. She primarily works with the Aggie throws group.

Dincoff saw six NM State athletes qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds in 2019, including Taniya Mitchell. who competed in the hammer throw.

NM State posted a second place finish as a team and eight individual titles went home with the Aggie squad. Dincoff guided the throwers when they swept the medals in the hammer throw at the WAC Championships. Mitchell's first place finish also resulted in a program record mark of (60-98m, 200-0). Yemisi Oroyinyin (54.25m, 178-0) and Alyssa Watkins (52.96m, 172-9). In the javelin, Kayli Farmer took home first (45.39m, 148-11) while Andi Harrelson (40.59, 133-2) and Alyssa Covarrubia (39.42m, 129-4) placed fourth and sixth, respectively.

The Aggies finished second at the WAC Indoor Championships in 2019 with seven individual titles belonging to the Crimson and White. Keosha Sanders (7.42) and Asjah Wallace (8.45) set program records for the 60m and the 60m hurdles, respectively, at the conference meet. Additionally, Wallace was named the meet’s outstanding track performer and the high point award winner. With Reynolds overseeing the throws group, both Taniya Mitchell (18.77m, 61-7) and Yemisi Oroyinyin (20.16m, 66-1.75) posted marks that bested the previous program record for the weight throw.


NM State placed third at the WAC Outdoor Championships, the program's best finish ever, in 2018. The Aggies walked away with the gold in three of the four throws events and had eight titles overall at the meet. Under Dincoff's guidance, Yemisi Oroyinyin took home the title for the shot put with a throw of 14.97m (49-1.5) while Taniya Mitchell posted a mark of 52.37m (171-10). All five of the NM State athletes that participated in the javelin scored for the Aggie squad with Alyssa Covarrubia taking the crown with 42.09m (138-1) and Aubrey Salas making the podium in third with a mark of 36.55m (119-11).

Dincoff started the indoor season assisting with the Aggie throws group. With her direction Yemisi Oroyinyin threw 13.78m (45-2.5) in the shot put and Taylor Stutely posted a mark of 16.23m (53-3) for a pair of runner-up finishes. As a team, the Aggies walked away with third place.

Prior to joining head Coach Doug Reynolds' staff, Dincoff was an All-American for Auburn Track and Field. During the 2014 outdoor season, she was named a Second-Team All-American in the shot put after finishing 14th at the NCAA Championships with a throw of 16.08m (52-9.25). Her collegiate best mark in the shot put was 16.95m  (55-7.5) and 55.80 (183-1) in the discus. 

After graduating from Auburn, Dincoff competed at the USATF Championships in 2017. She posted a mark of 56.91m (186-8) to finish fourth in the discus. 

Dincoff continues to train and competes professionally in the discus.Â
