LAS CRUCES, N.M. - The NM State men's golf team will conclude its regular season at the PING Cougar Classic on 7,142-yard, par 72 Riverside Country Club in Provo, Utah. The 19-team field will play 36 holes beginning at 8 a.m. MT. on Friday with the final round on Saturday. The Aggies will tee off at 8:10 a.m. and 8:20 a.m.

The Aggies will be led by
Garrison Smith who posts a 74.66 scoring average in 15 rounds played this season. Smith has one top five finish this season which came at The Big Texan on Mar. 22-23. Smith also shot a season-low 215 over 54 holes at The Big Texan.
Matthew Jackman makes his first appearance in the Aggie lineup since Feb. 22-23 when he competed at the Border Olympics. In six rounds, Jackman has a 76.00 scoring average with his best round coming at the Arizona Intercollegiate where he shot a one-under 71.
Joseph Robson will be competing in his second meet of the year this weekend. Robson shot a 231 (+15) at the Border Olympics on Feb. 22-23.Â
Scott Rescigno is back in the lineup after competing as an individual in the last two meets. Rescigno has played in five tournaments this season and holds a 77.26 scoring average.Â
Trey Diehl will take the course for the third time this season. Diehl has not competed since Mar. 15-16 at the George Hannon Invitational. Diehl has a scoring average of 78.83 in six rounds played this season.Â
