LAS CRUCES, N.M. - The NM State men's golf team will know their destination for the 2021 NCAA Regional just shortly after 12 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon. The Aggies will host a watch party at The Player's Grill at the NM State Golf Course for the selection show which will air at 12 p.m. (MT) on the Golf Channel. The watch party will be closed to the general public.

The Aggies posted their best score of the season last weekend at the WAC Championship in Boulder City, Nev. The Aggies shredded the Boulder Creek Golf Club with a 54-hole score of 856 (-8), their best of the season. The Aggies were led by Garrison Smith who posted the best finish by an Aggies since Isaac Merry in 2018. Smith finished third after shooting a career-low 210 (-6). Aidan Thomas also cracked the top five in the tournament with a season-low 211 (-5).

The Aggies will compete in its first NCAA Regional since 2015. The regionals are scheduled to take place on May 17-19.
