2021 NM State Cross Country Schedule

LAS CRUCES, N.M. -
The Aggies are back on the trails.

Monday afternoon, the NM State cross country teams announced their 2021 schedule. The Aggies' five-meet slate is scheduled to start in mid-September.

The Aggies are set to take part in a trio of regular-season meets which will send them to three states. NM State makes its 2021 debut on the trails Saturday, Sept. 18, in Las Cruces when the Aggies host the Lori Fitzgerald Open at the NM State Golf Course.

Just shy of two weeks after their opener, the Aggies travel to Tucson, Ariz., where they will take part in the Dave Murray Invitational. Hosted by Arizona, that meet will take place on Friday, Oct. 1.

From there, the Aggies have just one more tune-up meet before the WAC Championships. That run is scheduled to occur in Riverside, Calif., on Saturday, Oct. 16, when NM State participates in UC Riverside's Highlander Invitational.

Two weeks later, NM State makes a return trip to Riverside, Calif., in order to vie for a WAC title on both the men's and women's side. California Baptist will host the 2021 WAC Championships which are slated for Saturday, Oct. 30.

Once their WAC title meet is in the books, the Aggies turn their attention to the NCAA Mountain Regional in Provo, Utah. The BYU-hosted regional competition is set for Friday, Nov. 12, 2021.
