TEEING OFF
• NM State will square off against a loaded field that includes Rice, Sam Houston, Houston Baptist, Nicholls State, Abilene Christian, Florida Atlantic, UTRGV, Lamar, Utah Valley, Jacksonville State, Denver, Stephen F. Austin, UT – Arlington, UTEP, Western Kentucky. Houston and Baylor will also have members of their programs competing as individuals.  
• Garrison Smith, Aidan Thomas, Trey Diehl, Tyler Diehl, and Scott Rescigno will represent the Aggies in the Bayou City Classic. 
• Last week at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic, NM State finished in 17th place, shooting one under as a team.  
• Garrison Smith, a Texas native, will be back in his home state after leading the Aggies in the Cowboy Classic. Smith finished in a tie for 15th place, shooting seven-under par in the tournament. 
• The Bayou City Classic will be the sixth tournament of the spring for NM State men's golf. After the two-day event, the Aggies will have just one more tune-up before the WAC Tournament.  
COMING UP NEXT
• Between Friday, April 22 and Saturday, April 23, the Aggies will compete in the Cougar Classic, hosted by Brigham Young University.
