Played in 31 games and started 14… Racked up an 8-4 record and two saves… Had a 4.38 ERA to rank second on the team… Amassed 46 strikeouts… Allowed just 140 hits in 432 at-bats for a .354 opponent batting average… Had eight outings with zero earned runs… Collected four strikeouts against Kansas on Feb. 14 and Connecticut on Mar. 14.

2014 (Sophomore)
Played in 30 games and started 19… Tied the team-high wins with an 11-7 record at pitcher… Recorded a 3.8 ERA… Amassed 41 strikeouts and a team-high opposing batting average of .265 in 105 innings pitched… Led team with 33 extra base hits allowed… Garnered a 1.95 ERA and was 4-1 in league play… Racked up six strikeouts and gave up 27 hits for nine earned runs… Second in the league for least hits allowed and opponent batting average with .265… Threw 5.2 innings and had four strikeouts with only three earned runs in WAC Tournament… Collected one shutout against UT Arlington (3/7) and pitched three one-hitters… Selected to All-WAC Second Team.
 
2013 (Freshman)
Played in 24 games and started eight… Averaged 64.1 on innings pitched and allowed 79 hits and 32 runs… Amassed four no-hit games against Illinois-Chicago, New Mexico, Cal State Northridge and Nebraska… Allowed only two homeruns with one against Colorado (2/17) and one against Louisiana Tech (3/23)… Earned a 4-3 record with a 3.16 ERA.

Played for Ironwood Ridge HS… Led team to Arizona Class 5A State Championship game as a junior with a 30-7 record as pitcher… Held career records in wins and strikeouts as a junior… Amassed team’s single-season record with 30 wins… Named to the All-State Class 5A First Team as a junior… Selected to First Team All-Southern Arizona by Tucson Citizen… Played for Tucson’s travel team, Arizona Desert Thunder.
 
Personal
Parents are Stephan and Connie… Has two siblings, Shane and Cassidy… Mother, formerly Connie Monks, led NM State volleyball in blocks in 1985 and holds record for most blocks during a four-set match in program history with 16.
