Biography
2016-17: Spring: Finished his first season at NM State 24-7 overall in singles play and 17-11 in doubles action…helped lead NM State to its third-straight Western Athletic Conference regular-season title...earned Second-Team All-WAC in singles as well as second-team all-tournament honors in doubles play with teammate Enrique Asmar during the WAC Tournament…went 11-5 on the year at the No. 4 singles slot…recorded seven-straight wins near the end of the season in singles play…earned his first Division I victory in dual play against Tadeas Lansky of UC Riverside (2/3) 6-3, 6-0…bested Pearse Doland of Louisiana (3/26) 6-1, 6-4…collected back-to-back wins over the No. 4 singles player for both Saint Mary’s (3/11) and Nevada (3/12)…one of three Aggies to go 4-1 in league play…earned his first WAC victory against Christian Gonzalez of Chicago State (3/25)…opened the dual season with a doubles victory over Mesa Community College’s (1/27) doubles team 6-3...went undefeated at the HEB Invitational, defeating doubles pairs from Portland (3/10), Saint Mary’s (3/11) and Nevada (3/12). Fall: Opened his Aggie career with wins in both singles and doubles at the Aggie Invitational (9/16)…fell in the semifinals of the singles flight to doubles partner Asmar at the Aggie Invitational…defeated NAU’s doubles team 6-1 at the Balloon Fiesta Tournament (10/7)…finished tournament action in the fall with an 11-1 mark in singles, including a nine-match win-streak.
2015-16 (East Central): Was the Great American Conference Player of the Year, unanimous First-Team All-GAC selection and Newcomer of the Year after going 10-4 at the No. 1 singles slot in dual play and 17-6 overall…reached as high as No. 5 in the ITA rankings for Division II…went 11-9 in doubles and 2-2 in GAC play.

2014-15 (Auburn Montgomery): Helped guide Auburn Montgomery, a perennial NAIA powerhouse, to the semifinals of the NAIA Men’s National Championship…went 8-2 in singles play and solid 5-0 in Southern States Athletic Conference action…posted a 4-1 mark in doubles and 2-0 mark in SSAC action.

Before NM State: Won the Master Absolut Federacis Catalana de Tennis…competed in many ITA Futures Tournaments…was ranked No. 141 overall in Spain and eighth in the U18 category.
