Biography
2018-19 (JUNIOR): Competed in mid/distance events for NM State…posted a season best time of 5:08.69 and a third-place finish in the 500 Free against Grand Canyon (2/9)…clocked in at 11:01.12 in 1000 Free against New Mexico (1/17).
2017-18 (SOPHOMORE): Was an integral member for the Aggies in distance events... Cracked the NM State top-10 in the 1650-yard freestyle with a time of 17:10.28… Came in 11th at the WAC Championships in the 1650-yard freestyle (17:10.28) while finishing in 16th in the 500 free (5:02.71) and 19th in the 200 free (1:53.81)... Academic All-WAC honoree.
2016-17 (FRESHMAN): Competed as a mid/distance freestyler during the season... Swam a personal best in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:56.96, which was the program’s fourth fastest all-time at the Western Athletic Conference Championship and finished ninth overall... Clocked in at 1:52.97 in the 200-yard freestyle at the Phil Hansel Invitational... Posted a personal best time in the 1,650-yard freestyle at the WAC Championship when she clocked in at 17:16.93… This performance was good enough for 10th place overall.
HIGH SCHOOL: From Dickerson, Texas, swam for Barbie Morris of the South Shore Sails… Specializes in the middle distance freestyle events... Personal best times of 1:55.9 (200 free) and 5:04.8 (500 free).
