Senior (2023): Opened her season with a time of 21:49.5 at the Dave Murray Invitational (6k; Sept. 29), taking 16th to help the Aggies finish second overall... tallied a season-best result of 21:09.1 at the Arturo Barrios Invitational, hosted by Texas A&M (6k; Oct. 13)... recorded First Team All-CUSA honors with a sixth-place finish at the 2023 CUSA Cross Country Championships (6k; Oct. 28), crossing the line with a time of 21:55.2... closed the season with a time of 22:02.5 at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships (6k; Nov. 10).

Junior (2022): Competed in four meets for the Aggies… Opened the year with a seventh place finish at the Dave Murray Invitational (6k; Sep. 30), recording a personal best with a time of 20:44.5… Posted a time of 21:35.8 at the Arturo Barrios Invitational (6k; Oct. 15)… Recorded a 12^th place finish at the 2022 WAC Cross Country Championships (6k; Oct. 29), earning Second Team All-WAC honors with a time of 20:49.3… Made her second consecutive appearance at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships (6k; Nov. 11) posting a time of 21:46.0 to close the year.

Sophomore (2021): Competed in five events for the Crimson & White... Started the season with a personal best in the 5k at the Lori Fitzgerald Open (Sept. 18) with a time of 19:05.20, taking 17th... Recorded a personal best in the 6k at the at the 2021 WAC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 30) posting a time of 21:20.00... Closed the season at the 2021 NCAA Mountain Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 12), participating in the 6k and crossing the line with a time of 22:34.90.

Sophomore at Monroe College (2020): No cross country season as a result of NJCAA Plan of Action in regards to COVID-19 pandemic.

Freshman at Monroe College (2019): Alongside her sister, Thulisile, was a standout performer for the NJCAA’s Monroe College Mustangs in the Bronx, N.Y... Competed in a total of six meets in her debut season… Earned a season-best fifth-place finish at the Queensborough XC Invitational, clocking a 5k time of 20:43.6 (Sept. 15)… Raced to a fifth-place finish at the NJCAA Region XV Championship meet where she traversed the 5k course in a season-best time of 19:18.7 (Oct. 23)… Grabbed a 64th-place individual finish at the NJCAA Division I Cross Country Championships (20:27.1, Nov. 9)… Helped Monroe win its fifth-consecutive NJCAA Region XV title and aided the team in its seventh-place finish at the NJCAA Division I Cross Country Championships.

High School: Competed for TuksSport High School... Took part in cross country and track & field... Won a bronze medal in the 3,000-meter run... claimed a cross country title... Posted career-best times of 2:13.00 in the 800-meter run and 4:45.00 in the 1,500-meter run... Helped lead her teams to ASA titles. 

Personal: Born on May 1, 1999... Daughter of Emmanuel and Nonkululeko... Has four siblings... Plans to major in social work at NM State.
