Biography
Prior to NM State: Ramirez had a national top-10 ranking in all the junior categories, going up to #6, in the under-18 junior division in his native Venezuela. He was also No. 1 in his state. He also has international experience in the ITF junior circuit in which he attained a ranking of 1,300.
Personal: Ramirez is from Caracas, Venezuela, where he studied at Instituto Cumbres de Caracas. He is the son of Antonio, Sr. and Maria Isabel Ramirez. His is also the brother of men’s tennis assistant coach Luis Ramirez.
