2012 Cross Country (Junior): Simison competed in five of the eight events for the Aggies in the 2012 cross country season.  Simison's best time came at the Lobo Invitational (Aug. 31) when he ran a time of 20:53.4 in the 8K.  Simison acquired his best overall finish at the Lori Fitzgerald Invitational (Sept. 7) when he finished 20th overall with a time of 16: 37.01 in the 5K.  Simison also competed in the Kachina Classic (Sept. 15), the Rim Rock Classic (Sept. 29) and the Grand Canyon Invitational (Oct. 6).   

2011 Cross Country (Sophomore): Simison did not compete in the 2011 season.

2010 Cross Country (Freshman): Simison competed in three meets for NM State in 2010. Simison had his best finish at the Lori Fitzgerald Invite (6638m), after placing ninth in a time of 22:10.0. Simison also ran in the Lobo Invite placing 45th with a time of 27:11.4 and the Kachina Classic, running a 27:17.4 and finishing 28th.

High School: Simison was all-state two years in cross country and all-conference in track and field and cross country all four years for Eisenhower High School in Yakima, Wash. Simison garnered a letter in both track and field and cross country all four years. In 2008 Simison ran a personal record of 15:22 in the three-mile race at the Richland Regional, placing fifth. Simison also ran a 4:19 in the 1600m at the 2009 Shoreline Invite and ran a personal record of 9:12 at the state championships in the 3200m.
