2010 (Senior): Hart redshirted his senior year.
2009 (Junior): Hart was a consistent force for NM State in the 2009 season. He scored for the Aggies in two races including the NCAA Mountain Regionals (11/14), where he clocked a 10k time of 33:51.3. Hart marked his best time of the season at the Lori Fitzgerald Invitational (9/10), in Santa Teresa, N.M., with a time of 21:48.8. He recorded his strongest finish of the season in the same race when he crossed the finish in 13th overall.
2008 (Sophomore): Hart competed in every race for the Aggies in 2008 and was a consistent scorer for NM State. At the Lori Fitzgerald Invitational in Santa Teresa, N.M. (Sept. 12), he clocked a time of 22:16.4, while finishing eighth overall. At the Santa Clara Invitational (Oct. 18), in Santa Clara, Calif., Hart recorded his strongest time of the season, 26:25, which was good for 83rd place. He registered his strongest 8k finish of the season at the Arizona State Invitational (Oct. 3), in Tempe, Ariz., when he assisted the Aggies to a first-place team finish with his 18th-place finish.
2007 (Freshman): Hart led the Aggies across the finish line in all seven races last season. He posted his strongest mark and time at NM State's lone home meet, the Kachina Classic (Sept. 22), placing 11th with a time of 24:21. At the Lori Fitzgerald Invitational, he almost topped his personal-best mark, finishing 12th, while stopping the watch at 25:38. Hart was also one of three Aggies to compete in the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships and led the team with a time of 35:05, placing 99th overall.
High School: Hart was a four-year varsity letter winner at St. Michael's high school and a vital member of his team, leading the Horsemen to a state championship, with a third place finish individually and a second place finish at the district championships. Hart was also voted St. Michael's cross country Runner of the Year and named to New Mexico's all-star cross country team, and an all-state and all-district selection his senior year.
Personal: Hart is the son of James and Brenda Hart and is majoring in engineering. His twin brother, James, is also a member of the cross-country team.
