2013 Indoor (Sophomore): Diaz ran in the 600m at the New Mexico Collegiate Invitational (Jan. 25).

2012 Cross Country (Sophomore): Diaz participated in three events for the Aggies in the 2012 cross country season.  Diaz posted her best time at the Grand Canyon Invitational (Oct. 6) when she finished the 5K in a time of 21:05.0.  Diaz also ran in the Lori Fitzgerald Invitational (Sept. 7) and the Kachina Classic (Sept. 15).

2012 Outdoor (Freshman): Diaz ran the 400m and the 800m for the Aggies in the 2012 outdoor season.  Diaz ran her best 400m time at the UTEP Invitational (April 14) and her best time in the 800m at the New Mexico Tailwind Invitational (April 6).  Diaz also competed in the 4x400m relay during the season.

2012 Indoor (Freshman): Diaz ran various middle distance events for the Aggies in the 2012 indoor season.  Diaz ran the 800m for most of the season, posting her season-best time at the Air Force Invitational (Feb. 10).  Diaz also ran the 600m during the season, posting her best finish of the season at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic (Feb. 3).  Diaz also participated in the 4,400yd distance medley and the 4x400m relay.

2011 Cross Country (Freshman): Diaz ran in the first three events for NM State in the 2011 season.  Diaz posted her season-best time of 20:10.7 in the 6K at the Kachina Classic (Sept. 17).  Diaz posted her best overall finish at the Lori Fitzgerald Invitational (Sept. 10) by placing 24th overall when she ran as an unattached runner.

High School:  Diaz lettered in cross country and track at Irvin High School in El Paso, Texas, for three years.  Diaz qualified for regionals her sophomore, junior and senior year.  Diaz earned the District-Track All Academic Award her senior year.  Diaz helped her school earn second in district all three years she ran cross country and track.

Personal:  Diaz was born in El Paso, Texas, and is the daughter of Alfredo and Leticia Diaz.  Diaz plans to major in Biology.
