Biography

2004: Dorisme should be one of the Aggies’ top defensive players this fall.

2003 (Junior): Aubrey was the Sun Belt Conference Newcomer of the Year last season after leading the Aggies with six quarterback sacks. Dorisme had 10 total tackles for loss and 35 total tackles last season. He recorded a season high five tackles against UL-Lafayette (10/16), four of them solo tackles. Dorisme also had six sacks on the season, an interception and forced one fumble. He collected a career high three sacks against Middle Tennessee (10/11). On the season, Dorisme was ninth on the team in total sacks, first in sacks and second in tackles for a loss.

2002 (Redshirt Junior): Aubrey redshirted his first year at NMSU.

Junior College: Dorisme played two years at Bakersfield College. Dorisme started at outside linebacker and was an all-conference pick as a sophomore after registering 10 sacks. He helped lead Bakersfield to a Potato Bowl victory as a sophomore.

High School: Aubrey attended Elizabeth High School in Elizabeth, New Jersey where he recorded 26 sacks as a senior. He was named the conference's defensive player of the year and named to the first-team all-conference as a senior. He led Elizabeth High School to a state championship at Giant Stadium as a senior. He was also the Elizabeth Home-Tribune Defensive Player of the Year as a senior. Aubrey recorded 12 sacks and made the all-conference team as a junior.

Personal: Aubrey Dorisme was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He is the son of Louise McNeil. He is majoring in Family Consumer Science.
