High School: Baer was the Rams quarterback in 2004 and 2005 tallying a record of 15-7, including an 8-3 record in 2004. Baer helped his team to District Championships in 04 & 05.

Personal: Baer is the son of Brian Philibar. He plans to major in Criminal Justice.
