Biography

2004: Carl will be the Aggies’ holder this fall for the second consecutive season and moved from quarterback to tight end during spring practice.

2003 (Junior): Scaffidi was the Aggies holder all year and made his biggest play of the year when he ran four yards on a fake field goal attempt that gave the Aggies a first down that led to an eventual touchdown against North Texas (11/25).

2002 (Sophomore): Carl’s only action came against Georgia, where he completed one pass for seven yards and had one carry for one yard.

2001 (Freshman): Scaffidi sat out the 2001 season after transferring from Jacksonville University.

2000: Scaffidi was at Jacksonville in 2000.

High School: Carl attended both Tampa Catholic and Durant High School. He also lettered in baseball and basketball. Carl received All-America Scholar and National Leadership and Service awards and was a member of the Governor's Honor Program and U.S. Achievement Academy.

Personal: Carl B. Scaffidi was born in Norwalk, Connecticut and is the son of Charles Scaffidi. He is majoring in Electrical Engineering. He is the twin brother of Aggie rush end Greg Scaffidi.
