Biography

2011 (Freshman): Hawkins redshirted in 2011.

High School: Hawkins played defensive back for West Adam Prep. He helped his team to two straight league championships, leading the city with nine interceptions as a junior. He set a school record 13 interceptions during his career. He was named a first team all-League pick and played in the North vs. South All-Star game. He also recorded 70 tackles during his high school career.

Personal: Hawkins is the son of Deon Hawkins Sr. and Nicole Wilson-Maddox. He is majoring in Film.
