High School: Dozier played running back for Eleanor Roosevelt High School. As a senior, Dozier was named a second team all-league selection after rushing for 560 yards on 61 carries, averaging 6.6 yards per carry, while scoring 10 touchdowns. He also set the school record for the longest run from the line of scrimmage, 84 yards.

Personal: Dozier is the son of Donald and Kimberly Dozier. He plans to major in business.
