Biography

2008: Jones was a walk-on for the Aggies in 2008. He did not play.  

Prior to NMSU:   Jones was a standout running back for Los Medanos Community College in Pittsburgh, Calif.  During his two year stint as a Mustang he led the squad to an 11-9 record while being nominated as team captain and earned the specialist award.

High School:  Jones was a 2006 graduate of Freedom High School in Oakland, Calif., where he lettered in football, wrestling and track all four years.  On the field, Jones led the Falcons to the Bay Valley Athletic League playoffs for four straight years.  On the matt, Jones placed second at the state meet and on the track he led the Falcons to a state championship. 

Personal:  Jones is the son of Ben and Pamela Jones.  He is majoring in business management.
