New Mexico State University Athletics

2006 (Sophomore): Williams played in 11 games and started seven at running back and receiver for the Aggies.  He carried the ball 95 times for team-high 426 yards while scoring four touchdown and averaging 38.7 yards per carry.  On the receiving end, he caught the ball 38 times for 275 yards and scored two touchdowns.  Against Texas Southern (9/16) he tallied 101 rushing yards from 14 carries and caught seven passes for 60 yards, while scoring an impressive four touchdown, his longest carry was a season-high 35 yards and his longest catch was 23 yards.  Versus UTEP (9/30) Williams tallied 15 carries for 90 yards.  He also added five catches for 69 yards, and scored a touchdown.  Against Hawai'i (10/21) he scored a touchdown, carried the ball five times for 15 yards and caught the ball six times for 43 yards.

2005 (Freshman):  Jeremiah played in eight games for the Aggies.  He rushed the ball 12 times for 56 yards with one touchdown, while making nine receptions for 47 yards also with a touchdown.  Jeremiah finished the season third on the Aggie rushing list. Against the University of Colorado (9/10) he rushed the ball three times for 20 yards with a career long of 11 yards.  He scored his first career-rushing touchdown against Louisiana Tech (10/1) on a nine-yard scamper.  His best game came against Utah State (11/26) when he ran the ball three times for 22 yards and made three receptions for 22 yards with his first career touchdown reception.

Personal: Son of Jerry and Joyce Williams. He plans to major in Electrical Engineering.
