2009 (Junior): Torres played in all 13 games for the Aggies at tight end. He was a blocking tight end for the Aggies, helping running back Seth Smith become the first Aggie to rush for 1,000 yards in a single season since 2000. Torres also helped the Aggies average 229.3 offensive yards per game.

Fresno City College:  Torres helped Fresno City College to a 7-4 overall record as a senior and a 14-8 career record, along with back-to-back third-place Central Valley Conference finishes.  Running a double tight formation, Torres held the line for the quarterback to throw for 2,227 yards, which included 18 touchdowns. Torres also assisted the quarterback into being the team’s second leading rusher as he carried the ball 98 times for 341 yards and ran in a pair of touchdowns.  Personally, Torres caught two passes for 29 yards and returned a trio of kickoffs for 30 yards. All together, FCC recorded 4032 yards on 755 plays and recorded 201 first downs.

High School:  Torres was a 2006 graduate of Clovis High School where he led the Cougars to 7-6 overall record in his senior season.  He played in four games before being sidelined due to an injury, Torres threw for 945 and six touchdowns. Throughout his four-year campaign, he was the starting quarterback as a junior and senior and the back-up quarterback as a freshman and sophomore.

Personal: Torres is the son of Ron and Susan Torres. He is majoring in business management.
