2004 (Sophomore): Harper saw time as a wide receiver and the Aggies’ punt and kick-off returner in 2004. As a wide receiver, Harper pulled in six catches in 11 games for 101 yards, while fielding 17 punts for 153 yards, averaging 9.0 yards per return. Harper was the Aggies’ second leading kick-off returner with 249 total yards on 14 returns. Against Florida International (10/30), Harper grabbed a season-high three receptions for 51 yards. As a punt returner, Harper had two games with 60 yards or more in return yardage, recording a season-high four returns for 61 yards against UTEP (10/2) and in the Aggies’ season finale against Utah State, returned three punts for 60 yards. Harper was also dangerous returning kick-offs, returning three kick-offs against Middle Tennessee (11/6) for 71 yards, while returning a season-high four kicks for 24 yards versus Florida Atlantic (11/13).

St. Mary's College: Harper ranked fifth in Division IAA in kick returns while playing at St. Mary's College in 2003.

High School: Harper was named second team All-League and his team's MVP as a senior. He finished the season ranked 15th in the state in scoring with 26 touchdowns. The Farmers went 10-2 and made the state semifinals during Harper's senior season.

Personal: Stevelan was born and raised in Oakland, Calif., he is the son of Sylvia Dudley and is planning to major in Sociology.
