2011 (Junior): Stampler handled the field goal and extra point duties for the Aggies in 2011. On the season, Stampler was 34-of-38 on point after attempts, hitting this first 25 of the season and 7-of-12 on field goal attempts, with a long of 39 yards. He also scored 55 points on the season. Stampler hit all three PATs against Ohio (Sept. 3) to start the season. He then split the uprights six times versus New Mexico (Oct. 1), recording a career-high for PATs made in a game. Stampler was 2-for-2 on field goal attempts in the Aggies' first ever win over Fresno State (Nov. 12), as well as 4-of-5 on PATs. He helped the Aggies grab the programs first victory over a Big Ten opponent in Minnesota (Sept. 10), going 4-of-4 on PATs. Stampler eclipsed 100 career points with a pair of PATs at Hawai'i (Oct. 22).
2010 (Sophomore): Stampler played in all 12 games for the Aggies in 2010, handling all the field goal and PAT attempts, as well as kickoff duties in three games. Stampler led the team in scoring in 2010 with 66 points, after hitting 16-of-19 field goals on the season and 18-of-19 on PAT's. He hit 84.2 percent of his field goal attempts, which was first in the conference. Stampler was 4-for-4 inside 30 yards and 11-of-12 inside 40 yards. At one point in the season, Stampler hit nine straight field goal attempts, while making his last 12 PAT attempts of the season. Against New Mexico (Oct. 9), Stampler hit the game winning field goal with less than two minutes remaining to give NM State their first win of the season and second straight win over their in-state rival. He also hit three field goals in that game and was named the WAC Special Teams Player of the Week for his efforts. In the Aggies' second win of the season, Stampler hit three field goals against San Jose State (Oct. 30), including a long of 43 yards. He was again named WAC Special Teams Player of the Week for the second time. Versus Utah State, Stampler was 2-for-2 on field goal attempts, including a career-long 48-yard kick to go along with his two PAT's. In the season finale against Hawai'i (Nov. 27), Stampler hit three PAT's and a field goal of 37 yards, accounting for six points in the game. Stampler is second all-time in field goals made in a season and field goal percentage in a season. He is also in the top-10 all-time in NM State history in field goals made.
Ventura College: Stampler is a transfer from Ventura College, where he played one season. On the year, Stampler hit 15-of-18 field goals, including seven field goals of 35 yards or more and a long of 53 yards. Stampler went 5-for-5 on field goals in one game in 2009, lifting Ventura to victory. He was 36-of-36 on PAT's in 2009 and led the team in scoring with 81 points. Stampler transferred to Ventura College after walking on at Florida Atlantic in 2008. He's attended kicking camps all across the country including the 6th Annual National Kicking Event in 2008, the 5th Annual National Kicking Event in 2007, the Florida Top Recruiting Camp in 2007 and the Florida Nike Fall Camp in 2007. He was also ranked as the No. 31 kicker by Chris Sailer Kicking.
High School: Stampler played both football and soccer for Archbishop McCarthy High School. As a senior, Stampler was named an all-county second team member as he helped his team to a third-place finish in district. As a junior, Stampler was an all-county honorable mention selection.
Personal: Stampler is the son of Harry and Annette Stampler. He is undecided in a major.
