2009 Outdoor (Sophomore): Flores competed in the hurdles and the 400-meter dash for the Aggies in 2009.  She recorded her season best mark in the 400 hurdles at the Willie Williams Invitational (March 20), posting a time of 1:09.17.

Indoor: As a junior, Flores competed in the 60-meter hurdles for the Aggies. She clocked her best time at the Northern Arizona Invitational (Feb 14), with a time of 10.36. At the same meet, Flores marked her second best time with 10.46. She also competed in the 400-meter dash.

2008 Outdoor (Freshman):  Flores did not compete during the outdoor season.

Indoor:  Flores competed in the hurdles and middle distance runs for the Aggies in 2008.  At the Southwest Classic Invitational (Feb.16), Flores clocked two personal-best times. The first was in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:06.67 and the second was in the 60-meter hurdles when she crossed the line at 10.27. At the Texas Tech Invitational (Jan. 18-19), Flores recorded a season-best time of 10.05 in the 55-hurdles.

High School: Flores is a 2007 graduate of Santa Rosa High School in Santa Rosa, N.M., where she lettered in track from eighth grade to 12th. Flores set school records in the 300-meter hurdles in 2006. She was the state champion in the 100-meter and 300-meter hurdles in 2005, the 100-meter hurdles in 2006, and state runner-up in the 300-meter hurdles in 2006. Flores led her squad to a fourth-place state finish and a second-place district finish. She also earned the Lady Lion Athlete of the year.

Personal: Flores is the daughter of Richard Flores and Marcella Velasquez and is pursuing a degree in biology.
