2019 (Junior): Competed at four meets… Ran a personal best time of 10:17.01 in the 3,000m at the WAC Championships where she placed 10^th… Helped the DMR to a fourth place finish at the conference championships, clocking in with a time of 12:25.13…

2018 (Sophomore): Competed in four meets… Ran a personal best when she posted a time of 5:08.17 in the mile at the WAC Indoor Championships for seventh during the preliminary round… Finished in 10^th in the mile at the conference championships, recording a time of 5:13.10… Recorded a personal best time of 10:35.77 in the 3,000m at the WAC indoor Championships to finish in 16^th in the event…

2017 (Freshman): Competed in five meets… Ran a personal best in the mile at the New Mexico Don Kirby Invitational when she clocked at 5:14.79… Clocked in at 10:36.98 in the 3000m for a seasonal best at the WAC Indoor Championships

High School: Member of Aztec HS cross country and track and field programs… Holds a personal best time of 5:17 in 1600m… Holds school record for 800m with time of 2:17… 2016 800m state champion… 2016 Aztec Athlete of the Year.
 
Personal: Daughter of Joe and Diane Kresl… Has two sisters, Rachel and Jessica… Mother and father ran cross country and track for Idaho State… Sister, Jessica, currently plays soccer for Western State Colorado University… Sister, Rachel, currently runs cross country and track for Adams State.
