Biography
High School: Rodrigues competed in track and field and volleyball for Sandia High School in Albuquerque, N.M. She earned a varsity letter for the two years she competed in volleyball and the two years she competed in track. Rodrigues focused on the pole vault in her track and field career and was district runner-up in both 2012 and 2013. She was also a two-time district champion with volleyball. Rodrigues personal best in the pole vault is 9’1” (2.76m), and she was the Sandia High School Best Jumper in 2012.
Personal: Rodrigues is the daughter of Mauricio and Cindy Rodrigues and was born in Albuquerque, N.M. She plans to major in communication disorders.
