High School: Joins the Crimson & White after competing for Albuquerque's Eldorado High School. Cauley tops the Golden Eagle's record book in the shot put (2023, 11.64m), while also ranking eighth in the javelin (31.26m; 102-7) and 13^th in the discus (24.13m; 79-2). In 2023, she claimed the District 2-5A Championship in the shot put en route to a sixth-place finish at the NMAA 5A State Championships, while also finishing fifth in the javelin at the District 2-5A Championships and 16^th in the discus. Cauley has also appeared at the NMAA 5A State Championships in the shot put in 2022 and 2021, never finishing lower than eighth.
