Biography

Sophomore: Fadke played in 12 tournaments for NM State and helped the team to an almost complete season of top 10 finishes and multiple first place finishes. Fadke averaged 73.19 stroked per game with his lowest round coming in at 68 (-4). Fadke had 19 rounds even or under par during the 2013-2014 season and ended with three games in the top 5 during the season. During the 2014 WAC tournament, Fadke finished second with a 212 (-4). He was named a first team All-WAC member. Fadke tied for 42nd during the NCAA Regional with his lowest round being five above par. Fadke helped NM State finish 13th in the competition. Fadke was awarded the WAC Player of the Year and was named to the All-WAC first team for the 2014 season.

Freshman: Fadke saw action in 11 tournaments during the 2012-13 season. On the year, Fadke had a 73.2 strokes per round average, with 10 rounds of even or under par. His lowest round of the season came at the Sun Devil Invitational (4/5-7) with a 5-under par, 66. Fadke tallied two top-20 finishes, two top-10 finishes and two top-five finishes. He finished 6-under par, 206 at the Sun Devil Invitational, placing tied for the fifth. At the 2013 WAC Championship (4/29-5/1), Fadke placed second overall with a three-round score of 4-over par, 220, earning second team All-WAC, helping the Aggies to their sixth WAC title. He competed in the 2013 NCAA Regional Tournament (4/16-18), finishing tied for 50th with a three-round score of 9-over par, 219. Fadke was named an Academic All-WAC selection for the spring 2013.

High School: Fadke played golf for Hobbs High School helping the Eagles to a state championship in 2012 and a second-place finish in 2011. Fadke was the State 5-A Champion in 2011 and 2012.  He was also named the team’s MVP and earned the low round award in 2012. As a sophomore, Fadke earned MVP honors, the low round award, the Eagle Pride award and all-district. Fadke was an all-district pick from 2008-10 and a district champion in 2009. In 2007, Fadke was named the Newcomer of the Year.

Personal: Fadke is the son of Kenneth and Christine Fadke. He plans to major in business management.
