High School: Ezenyilimba competed in track and field in discus and shot put for La Cueva High School in Albuquerque, N.M. As a senior, Ezenyilimba was the 2013 discus state champion and took third place in the Great Southwest competition in discus. She was the back-to-back City Champion in discus in 2012 and 2013. Ezenyilimba was the discus champion in both the Richard A. Harper Invitational and the Buddy Robertson Invitational in 2012 and 2013. In 2012, Ezenyilimba was the Marilyn Sepulveda Discus Champion and was also district champion. Ezenyilimba was ranked No. 1 in New Mexico for discus in 2012-13.
Personal: Ezenyilimba is the daughter of Matthew and Kelley Ezenyilimba and was born in Rochester, N.Y. She plans to major in biology.
