Biography

Sophomore (2022): Competed in five meets during the outdoor season, primarily in distance events… Set a personal best in the 5000m at the Aztec Invitational (March 24th), finishing fourth with a time of 17:48.61… Recorded a time of 4:54.59 to take fifth in her section at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 14th/15th), setting a new personal best… Finished with a season best time of 11:48.16 in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2022 WAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 14th).

Freshman (2021): Competed in six meets for the Aggies... Took home three individual titles... Captured the 3000m steeplechase title at the Desert Heat Classic and the Masked Rider Open...In her first race in the event, Regan won the 1500m run at the Don Kirby Tailwind Invitational... Ran a personal best in the 3000m steeplechase at the WAC Championships with a time of 11:27.95 to finish seventh. 

Freshman (2020): Season canceled due to the Coronavirus.

High School: Competed in distance events at Hebron High School… Helped her cross-country team to a state runner-up finish in 2017… Named to the cross country All-District Second Team in 2018… Received All-Region Third Team honors for Cross Country in 2017… Earned All-District First Team honors in 2018… Named to the All-Region second team for cross country in 2018.

Personal: Daughter of Shawn and Heather Regan… Has five siblings Kaitlyn, Abby, Ariana, Niko and Mason… Father Shawn played college baseball at UT Arlington.
