2012 Outdoor (Freshman): Serrao competed in the javelin throw for the Aggies in the 2012 outdoor season.? Serrao marked her best throw of the season with a distance of 38.55m at the New Mexico Tailwind Invitational (April 14), which placed her 10th all-time for NM State.? Serrao also competed in the WAC Championships (May 8) where she placed 11th overall.
High School:? Serrao lettered all four years running track and field for St. Michael's High School from Santa Fe, N.M.? Serraro was a 3-time district champion in the javelin throw, setting a school record with a distance of 131'6".? Serrao was the state champion of javelin in 2011 and placed fourth at the Great Southwest regional track meet.?
