2013-14 (JUNIOR): Barron participated in seven tournaments during her junior season, playing a total of 21 rounds.  She finished the season with an 80.95 scoring average and 26 birdies, giving her a career-total of 75 birdies while at NM State.  She also broke her personal bests in total score, finish and low round during the season.  Barron marked a career-best 11-over-par 227 total score at the Aggies’ home tournament, the Price’s “Give ‘Em Five” Intercollegiate (Oct. 7-9).  She followed that up with by narrowly missing a top-10 finish at the Jim West Challenge in the spring (Feb. 17-18), finishing up in 11th place, a career-best finish and the best finish by any Aggie in the tournament.  Barron was aided in the best finish of her career by shooting a 2-over 73 during the final round of the Jim West, eclipsing her career best by one stroke.

2012-13 (SOPHOMORE): Barron only missed one tournament during the 2012-13 season, participating in nine of 10 tournaments, including the WAC Women’s Golf Championship (Apr. 22-24) where she finished in a tie for 25th place.  She finished third on the Aggie squad in scoring average (81.52), low total score (+13 229) and birdies (36).  Barron finished the season strong, shooting her best round of the season during the final round of the WAC tournament, a 3-over 75.  Her total score at the conference tourney of 17-over-par 233 was Barron’s second-best score of the season behind only the 229 she shot at NM State’s home tournament, the Price’s “Give ‘Em Five” Intercollegiate (Oct. 8-10).  Barron shot 76-76-77 during the “Give ‘Em Five” to finish in a tie for 43rd place.  Her best finish aside from the WAC tournament, however, was a tie for 33rd at the Marilynn Smith Sunflower Invitational (Sep. 24-25).

2011-12 (FRESHMAN):  Barron participated in four tournaments for NM State during her freshman year.  Her first tournament as an Aggie came during the Price's "Give 'Em Five" Intercollegiate (10/10-12) hosted by NM State, where she participated as an individual player.  Barron's first-round score of 77 (+5) during the tournament was her low single-round score of the season.  Her three-round total score of 24-over-par, 240 was also a season's best for Barron.

Barron's only other round in the 70s came in the next tournament she participated in, the UNLV Spring Rebel Invitational (2/20-21).  Her first-round score of 79 (+7) helped Barron to a 246 three-round total score and a season-high finish of 49th.  Barron finished the season averaging over three birdies per tournament, finishing with 13 total birdies.
