Biography

2011-12 (Sophomore): In her sophomore campaign, Hack specialized in the breaststroke and individual medley events. She set season-best times at the 2012 WAC Championships in four individual events including the 100 breast (1:07.19), 200 breast (2:24.41), 200 IM (2:07.04) and 400 IM (4:31.41). Hack recorded three top 20 finishes at the conference meet and collected 11th place in the 400 IM, 18th place in the 200 IM and 19th place in the 200 breast. Hack also swam in the 800-free, 200-medley and 400-medley relays for the Aggies as a sophomore. In addition, she was named to the Academic All-WAC team.

2010-11 (Freshman): As a freshman, Hack competed in a variety of events for the Aggies including the breaststroke, IM and freestyle events. She set lifetime-best times in four individual events at the WAC Championships including the 100 breast (1:06.74), 200 breast (2:23.28), 200 IM (2:05.79) and 400 IM (4:29.29). Hack posted three top 20 finishes at the WAC meet and claimed 14th place in the 200 IM, 16th place in the 200 breast and 17th place in the 400 IM. In dual meet action, Hack collected third-place showings in the 200 IM and 500 free at Northern Colorado (Jan. 21) and 200 IM against New Mexico (Feb. 5).

High School: Hack joined the Aggies from Wheat Ridge High School in Wheat Ridge, Colo. She was an All-American for the Farmers after a state championship in the 100 breaststroke and a runner-up finish in the 200 IM in 2009. As a junior, Hack won the Jefferson County 4A League title in the 200 IM and 100 breast, with a conference record. In 2008, she also won the 500 free at the league meet. She was a three-time league champion in the 200-medley relay from 2007-09.

Personal: She is the daughter of Michael and Jennifer Hack and was born in Denver, Colo. Hack is majoring in kinesiology.
