2008-09 (Sophomore): In her second season with the Aggies, Pickett competed at the NCAA Zone E Diving meet. She qualified after a lifetime-best performance at Northern Arizona (Dec. 6). Pickett posted 279.44 points on the 1-meter and 280.87 points on the 3-meter. At the WAC Championships, she recorded a career-best 165.60 on the platform. Pickett collected a pair of runner-up finishes on the 1-meter at Colorado State (Jan. 17) and 3-meter at Northern Colorado (Jan. 16).

2007-08 (Freshman): Pickett was a major factor in the success of the Aggie divers as a freshman. For the first time in school history, NM State scored in the diving events at the WAC Championships. She led the Aggies at the conference meet with 10th-place finishes on both the 1-meter and 3-meter springboard. She collected top honors on the 1-meter against Northern Colorado/Rice (Oct. 13), versus North Texas (Jan. 8) and at Boise State (Jan. 19). In the meet with North Texas, Pickett won the 3-meter and set season-best scores on the 1-meter (247.65) and on the 3-meter (220.45). She led the Aggies at the UNLV Winter Invitational (Dec. 15-17), which was a 10-team meet, with a fourth-place showing on the 1-meter and an eighth-place finish on the 3-meter. Additionally, Pickett was honored for her work in the classroom and was named to the Academic All-WAC Freshmen team.

High School: Pickett, a Monroe, Mich., native, graduated from Monroe High School before joining the Aggies as a diver. In four years of high school diving, Pickett led the Trojans to four league titles and was named All-Mega Red Conference each season. As a senior, Pickett earned all-state honors and led Monroe to a fourth-place finish at the state meet.

Personal: Pickett was born in Commerce Township, Mich., and is the daughter of Kenneth and Mary Pickett. Her older sister, Afton, swims for Washington State. Pickett is majoring in art.
