2009-10 (Senior): In her final season with the Aggies, Eickerman led the squad as team captain. She guided NM State to a program-best second-place finish at the 2010 WAC Championships as a butterfly specialist. Eickerman scored for the Aggies at the WAC meet with a 15th-place finish in the 100 fly and a 12th-place showing in the 200 fly. In the home opening weekend against Northern Arizona/Northern Colorado (Oct. 31), she began the year strong with a win the 200 fly and runner-up finish in 100 fly. She also swam the third leg of third-place 200-medley relay. At New Mexico/Wyoming (Nov. 14), Eickerman claimed third in the 200 fly and second place as a member of the 200-medley relay in her last rivalry meet. At Arizona State (Dec. 19), she collected top honors in the 200 fly and a bronze in the 100 fly. On senior day against Idaho (Jan. 2), Eickerman helped the Aggies to a victory as part of the winning 200-medley relay. In addition, she was named to the Academic All-WAC team for the third consecutive year.
2008-09 (Junior): As a team captain, Eickerman posted an impressive junior campaign in the backstroke, butterfly and individual medley events in addition to the Aggie relays. At the WAC Championships, Eickerman set lifetime bests in the 200 back, 100 fly, 200 fly and 200 IM. She was a member of the 400-medley relay (3:44.98) that claimed a bronze medal at the WAC meet en route to crushing the school record by more than five seconds. Individually, Eickerman finished eighth in the 100 fly at the conference meet along with a pair of top 15 showings in the 200 back and 200 fly. As a consistent force for the Aggies, she guided NM State to its second consecutive victory over in-state rival New Mexico (Jan. 28) with top honors in the 100 and 200 fly. Eickerman also collected two first-place finishes in the 100 and 200 fly at Loyola Marymount (Dec. 19). In the Aggies first-ever win at Northern Arizona (Dec. 6), she scored with a pair of second-place showings in the 100 fly and 200 fly and a third-place finish in the 200 back. At San Diego (Dec. 13), Eickerman was second in the 100 fly and 200 fly. For the second consecutive season, she was an Academic All-WAC honoree.
2007-08 (Sophomore): In her second season with the Aggies, Eickerman made an impact for the Crimson and White in the butterfly and individual medley events. Against North Texas (Jan. 8), she won her first event of the year, the 200 fly, and set a season-best time in the 400 IM. After opening the meet at Boise State (Jan. 19) with a victory in the 400-medley relay, Eickerman went on to record three lifetime-best times in the 100 fly, 200 fly and 200 IM. She followed that performance with a win in the 400-medley relay at New Mexico (Jan. 31), which was vital to the Aggies victory over the Lobos. In the regular season finale against Northern Arizona (Feb. 2), Eickerman collected a win in the 100 fly. At the WAC Championships, she scored for the Aggies in both the 100 fly (13th) and 200 fly (eighth). Additionally, Eickerman was successful out of the pool when she was named to the Academic All-WAC team.
2006-07 (Freshman): Eickerman proved to be a contributor in the butterfly events and individual medleys as a freshman. In wins over Florida International/North Texas (Jan. 12), Eickerman placed third in the 100 fly with a time of 59.52. In a meet at Rice (Jan. 11), she posted her top time in the 200 fly with a 2:09.96 performance, which earned her a second-place finish. In the same event, she placed 20th at her first WAC Championships. Eickerman also collected a 23rd-place finish at the conference meet in the 200 IM as she touched in a time of 2:12.28. She was named to the Academic All-WAC Freshmen team.
High School: Eickerman came to NM State after graduating from West Valley High School in Spokane Valley, Wash., where she lettered in swimming for the Eagles. Eickerman swam for head coach Todd Marsh and the Spokane Valley Swimming Club. With the club, she competed in three senior sectional meets and five YMCA National Championships. Eickerman finished first in the Inland Empire at the Inland Empire “A” Championships and at the YMCA Regional Championships. Eickerman also placed 13th in the 400-medley relay at the YMCA National Championships. Out of the water, she was a member of the National Honor Society, DECA, Link Crew and the Teacher Academy while at West Valley.
Personal: Eickerman was born in Houston, Texas, and is the daughter of Jeff and Vicky Eickerman. She is majoring in elementary education.
