Ashleigh Randazzo joined the program ahead of the 2024 campaign and serves as the program's director of recruiting. She previously spent time with NM State Athletics as an assistant director for marketing and game operations. She also served time in the department as a development associate. In her previous role, Randazzo managed the day-to-day marketing and promotional duties for NM State Football and Baseball. Â

Randazzo is no stranger to NM State Athletics as she worked as a Marketing & Promotions Intern for NM State Athletics from 2017 to 2021 primarily serving as the camerawoman for various sports. She also worked the Men’s and Women’s WAC Basketball Tournaments 2018-2022. NM State fans may recognize her as she spent time as the voice of Aggie Baseball working the PA from 2020 to 2022. Â

Randazzo attended NM State and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing as well as minors in Sports Marketing, Management, and Advertising. During her time in school, Randazzo was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha and served as the chapter’s president in her senior year. Â

With deep roots in Las Cruces, Randazzo’s two sisters, Angelina and Ava, and her parents Vivian and Tony also call the City of Crosses home. Sports is a staple in the Randazzo household as Tony Randazzo has spent 26 years and counting as an MLB Umpire. Â
