New Mexico State University Athletics

Korey Padilla was named to Director of Marketing and Game Operations on February 2024 – with a primary focus on NM State Football and baseball.

Padilla worked his way up through various roles within the NM State Athletic Department. His scope ranged from equipment manager, marketing intern, PA announcer and marketing graduate assistant.

Padilla generates all gameday scripts and video board content for Aggie Memorial Stadium (football) as well as the gameday experience at Presley Askew Field at Johnson Stadium (baseball). Padilla also drives sales and group tickets – and in 2025 NM State Football experienced a record-breaking season in ticket sales and attendance.

A Santa Rosa, NM native, Padilla is a double graduate of NMSU. Earning his bachelor’s in Kinesiology (2023) and a Master of business Administration (2025).

In his free time, Padilla is an avid golfer.
