New Mexico State University Athletics

Madison Mohar joined NM State Athletics in June 2025 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer with football. She provides comprehensive medical care for Aggie football student-athletes, including injury prevention, on-field evaluation, orthopedic assessment, post-operative rehabilitation, concussion management and return-to-play progression. Mohar covers practices, games, and team travel while working closely with team physicians to ensure high-level care.

Her previous experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant with the Kansas City Chiefs during the summer of 2023 and working with the University of Kansas football program throughout the 2023 season. She continued her development in Division I football with an internship at Fresno State during the 2024 season. Mohar earned her bachelor's degree in integrated sciences from Kansas State University (2022) and a master’s in athletic training from the University of Kansas (2024). She is originally from Overland Park, Kansas.
