New Mexico State University Athletics

Randle Dominguez was elevated to Assistant Director, Athletic Creative Services in April 2026. 

As the primary graphic designer for the Aggies, Dominguez leads the direction for all social media, print, video board and facilities design. Her extensive emphasis in graphic design has reshaped the visual landscape of NM State Athletics. 

Additionally, she is charged with show control operations for Football and Men’s Basketball. 

Dominguez is a 2017 graduate of New Mexico State University – earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art. She began her time at NM State Athletics in September 2016, as a graphics intern and has elevated through the ranks during the past decade. Dominguez designed the new look for the Lou Henson Court at the Pan American Center 2023 as well as the football field at Aggie Memorial Stadium in 2024.

Additionally, she won the gold 2018 MarCom Award for innovative design for the Bosque Brewing Company’s Pistol Pete’s 1888 Ale Beer Can. In 2020, she won the platinum award (best in the nation) for packaging design of Pistol Pete’s Crimson Legacy, NM State’s university-licensed cabernet sauvignon.
